YOU NEED TO HAVE A BREAK WITH ALL THESE OR DIE EARLY!

Liver diseases are "SILENT KILLERS"... no pains... delayed symptoms... ifyou don't quit with your bad routines now, it may be too late! So, start breaking the bad habits!Your liver is a very important organ with vital functions necessaryfor the whole body. In fact, it has the power to shutdown your otherorgans when it is not properly taken cared of.

If you are experiencing the following, you better visit a Doctor immediately.

1. ABNORMAL YELLOW DISCOLORATION OF THE SKIN AND EYES. This is called jaundice, often the first and sometimes the only sign of live disease.

2. DARK URINE.

3. GRAY, YELLOW, OR LIGHT-COLORED STOOLS.

According to studies, there is no comprehensive medicine for liver diseases as of now, so Experts says Prevention is BETTER than cure, so take note of these...

Preventions:

1. If you cannot resist drinking, maintain moderate drinking of alcoholic beverages.
2. Quit Smoking, or at least, minimize it.
3. Be cautious about mixing several drugs; in particular, alcohol and many "over-the-counter" and prescription medicines do not mix well.
4. Avoid taking medicines unnecessarily. Also avoid exposure to industrial chemicals whenever possible.
5. Consult your physician if you observe any signs or symptoms of liver disease.
6. Maintain a healthful, balanced diet. DETOXIFY DAILY! Detoxification is a cleansing of the body, mainly of harmful chemicals that we have either ingested or inhaled over the years. Toxins such as ammonia, pesticides, food additives, drugs, pollutants, heavy metals and even cigarette smoke must be eliminated.

Studies show that foods that are naturally rich in Chlorophyll are great detoxifiers. Green leafy vegetable is one of it but HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK ARE YOU EATING VEGETABLE??

Other great detoxifiers are foods that are rich in protein, best example are CLAMS - check studies about its benefits. BUT HOW OFTEN YOU EAT CLAMS or the like?

Some Doctors say that food supplements for the liver can really help in our everyday detoxification... but we must be careful in choosing the right food supplement... it must be a Natural/Whole Food Supplement not synthetic like most food supplements now in the market..

Searching for Natural Food Supplement in the Philippines I've found one... Golden Clam (All-in-one Food Supplement. HAS ANYONE HEARD ABOUT GOLDEN CLAM??? I think it is newly being introduced here in the Philippines, here is the link to their site www.healthyliving.com.ph . I don't know if does really work... but I find it reliable for it says that it was declared by the Government of Taiwan as one of their National Treasures.

Take care of your liver! Have a happy healthy life always!
